- 12-14 wings
- 3 Tbsp Butter, melted
- 4 Tbsp bottled hot pepper sauce (like Crystal, Frank’s Original or Tabasco)
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Oil for frying
- Mix all ingredient together to make sauce.
- For the wings, season with salt and pepper.
- Coat with flour.
- Deep fry in hot oil (170-180C) until cooked through.
- Remove from oil and place in bowl.
- Toss with Buffalo Wing sauce and serve while hot.
